Powered with NVIDIA Tegra 2 mobile processor, G-Slate provides full Adobe Flash Player support, and is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash as well as a front-facing camera for video chats, 32 GB of internal memory, built-in gyroscope and accelerometer.

The rear camera with 1080 pixel resolution offers 3D and full HD video recording capabilities, and also supports 720p HD on-device video playback and HDMI output to show 1080p content on 3D and HD displays.
