Hyderabad: Citibank has announced the inauguration of its three-day property event, 'Shelter's PropShop,' here, claimed to be the biggest property show in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Citibank sales manager (mortgages, Hyderabad and Bangalore) Mahesh Misra says the event will be open till Saturday at Shilpakalavedika in Shilparamam here.

The event is organised by the bank's unit, Shelters, and brings together 11 of the leading property developers from the twin cities. It provides the customer a choice of over 2,000 properties across the twin cities, including flats, duplex houses and bungalows.

Misra says PropShop provides the customer an opportunity to identify the property, get advice on financing options and complete the purchase transaction in all respects. “The event is designed to provide a platform for detailed interaction between customers and developers so that the customer can make an informed decision.“

Further, there are specially designed meeting areas, site visit facilities and an on-the-spot home-loan eligibility calculation to help facilitate quick decision-making, says Misra.
