Vodafone emerges first pan-India 3G provider with launch of service in Odisha

Vodafone India has launched 3G roaming services in Odisha circle with immediate effect, making it the first operator to provide the services across the country.

In addition to offering customers (pre- and post-paid) 3G roaming facilities, Vodafone is also offering multiple packages to suit customer requirements in Odisha.

The post-paid plans start from monthly rentals of Rs150 for 500 MB, going up to Rs850 for 5 GB data. Pre-paid plans start from Rs27 for 90 MB data with a validity of three days. As a promotional launch offer, Vodafone will be offering prepaid customers a 40-per cent discount on data plans for 10 days.

A customer can buy a 1GB 3G Data pack for Rs157 and a 10 GB pack for a heavy user will cost just Rs777 during this period. Vodafone pre-paid customers in Odisha can also purchase a one-day internet trial pack for Rs8.
