Allsec Technologies to offer response management for Ford

The Chennai based Allsec Technologies has tied up with Ford Business Services Center, part of the Ford Motors, USA, for the establishment of a Response Management Centre. Allsec Technologies is a multimedia, integrated, outsourced contact centre that provides high quality response management through any media round the clock.
The company is in the process of scaling up its operations to 500 seats at an outlay of Rs 25 crore.
Allsec Technologies has over 200 agents providing response to clients in the United Kingdom and the US.
"Chennai is proving to be a good operational base because of the availability of qualified and skilled manpower to provide the service", said Allsec Technologies' CEO R Jagadish.
